Data Deletion

If you have interacted with nextappAI through a Facebook or Instagram integration (for example, by messaging us, logging in with Facebook, or engaging with an app connected to your Facebook account), you can request that we delete the personal data we hold about you.
1. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@nextappai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the email address or with the name/phone number associated with your interaction with us.
- Include your full name and the Facebook or Instagram account (name or profile link) used to contact us, so we can locate your data.
- Alternatively, you may message us on WhatsApp at +91 80562 19042 with the same request.
We will verify your request and permanently delete the personal data associated with your Facebook/Instagram interaction from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law (such as tax or accounting regulations) to retain certain records.
We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
2. What Gets Deleted
- Your name, contact details and message content received via Facebook or Instagram.
- Any profile information shared with us through a Facebook Login or Messenger integration.
Invoices or transaction records legally required to be retained are not deleted but are restricted from further use beyond legal compliance.
